User permission to use Radiks

#1

When using Radiks some data might be published for reading, editing by other users. Hence, it makes sense to ask permission to publish data? But then the usage of the app is leaked for no reasons.

Does it make sense to create a new permission? In particular if the JWT is transferred to a server as proposed by https://github.com/blockstack-radiks/radiks/issues/37 it feels like an action that the user should know about. Something like ‘public_sign’ (“Application wants to sign data in your name”)
