I’m being asked for the password, which I don’t recollect at the moment. Ido have the recovery code safely stored, but I don’t see any way to enter that. Nor do I see a way to switch to another ID.

Yep, this is annoying UX issue we haven’t accounted for. I just opened a ticket to allow for an easy reset if you get stuck like this in the future. Thx for pointing it out @sabyasachi
